Art at CVA

Old cinema, new movie

The movie theater Vitória Azeitonense (CVA) was built in 1947 and worked as a movie theater until the 70’s. The building was then used as medical clinic and law office, ending vacant for more than three decades.

The exhibition Arte no CVA is a metamorphosis between cycles, an alternative space, a bridge in time between a long-forgotten yesterday and a worth remembering tomorrow.
